Spiritual Refreshing is a non-profit organization that creates space for women to connect deeply with God and with other like-minded women, bringing refreshment and renewal to their minds, bodies, and souls so they can continue to lead, love, and serve from a place of fullness and joy.
We achieve this through annual retreats, local gatherings, pop-up prayer events, and personal development opportunities.
The ripple effect of how God has reached women through our events is far-reaching. Ministries and businesses have been birthed, hearts have been healed, and—like Marilou experienced—lasting friendships and connections are made, and women have found a place to refill their own cup and nourish their souls.
