Michelle Bentley

Founder ~ Spiritual Refreshing

MICHELLE, is a children’s book author, speaker, leader and founder of Spiritual Refreshing. She is a wife and mama to four young men and has served in ministries impacting women, families, and children for over two decades.

Her passion is to create space for women to come together to be encouraged and inspired in their personal walk with the Lord and to continually shine a light on His goodness.

Tiana Spencer

Bible Teacher, Speaker, Writer and Inner Healing Coach

Tiana fell in love with the Scriptures at a young age and has been teaching God’s Word for over 25 years. She has a passion for seeing people transform spiritually, heal emotionally and live purposefully for the glory of God. Whether through conversation, teaching, writing, or mentoring, she uses vulnerability, empathy and grace-filled truth-telling to cultivate an environment for people to get in touch with their soul and deeply connect with God.

Tiana graduated from Biola University with a degree in Biblical studies and is in the process of obtaining a certificate in Narrative Focused Trauma Care from the Allender Center. She has 3 beautiful daughters and currently resides in Wake Forest, North Carolina.

Jodi Hickerson

Teaching Pastor, Speaker

Jodi serves as Teaching Pastor and Programming Director at Mission Church in Ventura, CA.

She is passionate about serving the church alongside her husband Mike and time spent with her family. Jodi ministers and speaks at churches and conferences throughout the country and we couldn’t be happier that she was able to join us for a 2nd time at Refresh: Retreat.

Erin Cuccio

Author, Speaker, Podcast Host, Executive Coach, and Entrepreneur

Erin is passionate about helping women create room for what matters most. She invites women to live with greater purpose, peace, and intention.

She works with women in the marketplace who need a reset, a renewed perspective, one that they can carry into the real world.

Erin helps women stop living on autopilot and make room to notice God, goodness, and themselves again in a way that lasts far beyond the workshop.

Debra Arnott

Worship Leader, Bible Teacher, & Songwriter

This year marks Debra’s sixth year leading worship at Refresh. As an ordained minister with over 30 years of experience in ministry and leadership, Debra is a graduate of Rhema Bible College. Her heart for worship is pure and passionate, she invites us all to join in the unceasing song of Heaven.

Cole Williams

Worship Leader, Ministry Leader

Cole is a wife and mother of 4 beautiful children. She has lead and been a part of worship teams for over 20 years and is deeply committed to the Word of God. It’s our honor to once again have her usher us into the presence of the Lord through worship.

Nicole Garcia

Worship Leader, Song Writer

As a worship leader and songwriter who loves Jesus her desire is to become more and more like Him. Her greatest dream is to see the nations turn to God as she plays her part in His Kingdom work.

Leslie Bess

Leslie is the founder of JCinMe and owner of The Gathering Place. She has a heart for creating intimate spaces where women can pause, be still, and hear from the Lord. We’re delighted to welcome the At His Feet ministry back again this year!
