MICHELLE, is a children’s book author, speaker, leader and founder of Spiritual Refreshing. She is a wife and mama to four young men and has served in ministries impacting women, families, and children for over two decades.

Her passion is to create space for women to come together to be encouraged and inspired in their personal walk with the Lord and to continually shine a light on His goodness.

Debra Arnott

Worship Leader, Bible Teacher, & Songwriter

This year marks Debra’s sixth time leading worship at our Refresh: Retreats, and each time, she has guided us into a deeply intimate place of surrender and encounter with God.

An ordained minister with over 30 years of experience in ministry and leadership, Debra is a graduate of Rhema Bible College. Her heart for worship is pure and passionate, she invites us all to join in the unceasing song of Heaven.

Tiana Spencer

Bible Teacher, Speaker, Writer and Inner Healing Coach

Tiana fell in love with the Scriptures at a young age and has been teaching God’s Word for over 25 years. She has a passion for seeing people transform spiritually, heal emotionally and live purposefully for the glory of God. Whether through conversation, teaching, writing, or mentoring, she uses vulnerability, empathy and grace-filled truth-telling to cultivate an environment for people to get in touch with their soul and deeply connect with God.

Tiana graduated from Biola University with a degree in Biblical studies and is in the process of obtaining a certificate in Narrative Focused Trauma Care from the Allender Center. She has 3 beautiful daughters and currently resides in Wake Forest, North Carolina.

Stefanie Boyce

Coach, Spiritual Director, Mind - Body Coach and Wellness Counselor

Stefanie loves working with people who are in seasons of discovery and transition. People who want rest, but rest feels foreign. People who are feeling a bit stuck or are asking, is there more? People wondering where they belong and if their insides and outsides will ever match. People who want expansion and growth within their framework of faith.

She also loves questions that don’t have easy answers, holding space with people in seasons of grief and loss, people curious about their spiritual life, and leaders looking to create sustainable rhythms of life as their influence and demands shift.

Through Stefanie’s life experiences a passion to hold space for others to get curious, dig deep, and live well has emerged. We’re honored to have her for a third time at Refresh: Retreat.
