We are business women, entrepreneurs, wives, mothers, ministry leaders and so much more. We come from different churches and backgrounds, each with our own unique story. It’s our deep love for Jesus and our shared passion to create space for women to be refreshed and refilled by God, no matter where they are in their journey of life.

Our Mission - We create spaces for women from different churches and backgrounds to gather and connect deeply with God, and with one another.
Through these intentional gatherings women are encouraged, inspired, and receive deep refreshment and replenishment for their souls, so that they can continue to lead and live out what God has called them to do from a place of fullness, renewed health and joy!
We achieve this through our local gatherings, annual retreats, pop up prayer mornings, and personal development workshops, all designed specifically with these women’s needs in mind.
Meet Michelle
Michelle Bentley is the founder of Spiritual Refreshing, she’s also a children’s book author, speaker and lover of all things good!
Aside from being a wife and mama of four grown sons, she is passionate about providing opportunities for women from different churches and backgrounds to come together to connect with God and each other and to be encouraged to do and be all that God has created them to be.

Past Retreats
Established in 2011, Spiritual Refreshing has been hosting life giving retreats and gatherings that are designed to encourage, inspire, equip and give space to connect deeply with the Lord, wherever they are in life.
As a team we are continually in awe of how God meets each women personally, bringing deep restoration, healing and refreshment to the minds, bodies, and souls of everyone who attends our retreats and gatherings.
